Couples Therapy - £80

Navigating Parenthood Together

Becoming parents is one of life’s most profound changes, but it can also bring unexpected challenges to your relationship. Differing ideas around raising children, reduced intimacy or loss of sex life, shift in responsibilities all contribute to relationship issues once children arrive. My couples therapy sessions are designed to help you and your partner reconnect, rebuild, and thrive during this new chapter of life. Here’s what you’ll gain from working with me:

  • Strengthened communication – learn the tools to truly hear and understand each other, even during difficult conversations.
  • Conflict resolution skills – discover healthier ways to navigate disagreements and find solutions that work for both of you.
  • Rekindled intimacy – rebuild closeness and connection, both emotionally and physically.
  • A shared understanding of responsibilities – work through the shifting roles and expectations that come with parenting.
  • A deeper commitment – rediscover the foundation of your relationship and strengthen your bond as a team.
  • Cultural alignment – explore how your individual values and beliefs shape your parenting and partnership.
  • Practical strategies for caring – balance self-care, couple care, and family care to create a more harmonious home.
  • Clearer relationship goals – establish agreements (or “contracts”) that help set boundaries and expectations moving forward.

Through the 7 C’s framework – Communication, Conflict Resolution, Culture, Commitment, Caring, Contracting, and Couples Intimacy – we’ll work together to create a stronger, more connected partnership that supports both your relationship and your parenting journey.

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and provide a safe, supportive space to rebuild and grow together.

Birth Reflection Sessions

1 hour £99 • 90 mins £150

Your birth story matters. Whether you gave birth weeks ago or years ago, sometimes all you need is a safe, supportive space to process and make sense of what happened. My Birth Reflection sessions are designed as a one-off opportunity for women or couples to share their experience, be truly heard, and begin to find clarity and peace. During this session, you’ll:

  • Explore your birth experience in detail – talk through what happened in a calm, non-judgmental space.
  • Make sense of your emotions – understand and process feelings of joy, fear, disappointment, or anything else that may have surfaced.
  • Feel truly listened to – without interruption, judgment, or the need to “move on.”
  • Gain closure – sometimes, simply revisiting and reflecting on the experience can help you move forward.
  • Identify any lingering concerns – and receive guidance on whether further support or therapy might be helpful.

This session is perfect if you feel that longer-term therapy isn’t necessary but you still want to unpack your experience and feel validated. It’s your time to reflect, connect, and heal.
